5 years' experience in Human Resources
Specializes in Labor Relations
Connection with government agencies
Candidate must strictly have experience working in a POGO industry
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Create, embed and monitor policies and procedures across the employment life cycle, including employment contracts and code of conduct
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job description for all positions
Develop and manage performance metrics and KPIs, tracking success and operating with a continuous improvement mindset for the organization
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in the organization
Evaluates existing salary and benefit structure including incentive schemes by creation of quarterly comparison report
Conduct salary and labor market research and benchmarks
Handle issues related to compliance with laws and regulations, including making sure the company is up to date with its licensing requirements
Oversee and monitor activities for compliance with company and government regulations
Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues
Formulate and develop company policies and program for the enhancement of the department to remain with the regulatory framework and meet the organization's needs
Research and resolve regulatory issues when they arise
Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigation
