Description
1.1 Process Employee Data (new hires, changes, additional earnings) from the HR database system and incorporate record to the payroll system.
1.2 Represent the payroll segment at the on-boarding orientation of new hires
1.3 Assists employees in the required registering in compliance to governmental requirements.(SSS, Pag-ibig, Phil health, DOLE and other governing agencies required)
1.4 Provide assistance to employees on any issues relating to HR (working hours, pay, benefits, taxes, forms and processes) to facilitate operations
1.5 Ensure strict compliance of all employees to company HR policies and procedures
1.6 Establishment and Monitoring of 201 Files
1.7 Draft HR related memorandum, submit to management for approval
1.8 Provide effective solutions and implementation of all other admin issues related to Payroll/HR
1.9 Ensure confidentiality of HR information
1.10 Provide updates on all legislations regarding salaries and ensure that corresponding database are amended.
1.11 Recruit Manpower if needed.
1.12 Prepares Notice to Explain, Incident Report, Two Letter Notice Rule, Disciplinary Advise, Performance Evaluation form and other necessary forms needed for Human Resources related Activities
