Open Access has been providing business process and call center outsourcing solutions to a host of international clients since 2006. OAM is experienced in designing, implementing and managing critical business processes and call center solutions for clients around the world from its Makati, Philippine operations centers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors/ College Degree in Business Administration & Management/ Social/ Behavioral Science/ Human Resources Management/ Psychology or equivalent
Performs admin functions in human Resources Department and provides administrative support
Good in written/oral communications
Proficient in MS Office applications
Ability to handle paperwork and day-to-day tasks effectively and efficiently
Fresh grad are welcome to apply
Willing to work in Makati

Use tact and diplomacy with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Ability to handle paperwork and day-to-day tasks effectively and efficiently
Develop constructive and cooperative working relationship with others
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides support in the HR significant functional areas including but not limited to, recruitment & employment, personal records, and employee related concerns.
Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: encoding, photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing forms and/or documents to 201 File.
Administer, monitor and track a variety of personnel actions and processes including pre-employment requirements, update in employee personal information, leave requests and government mandatory numbers such as SSS, TIN, PHILHEALTH & PAG-IBIG.
Assists HR Administrative and Payroll Officer with the timekeeping, general payroll and benefits concerned by the employees.
Performs other duties as may be assigned

I would not recommend working for this company. They offer and advertise to you a Salary Package (let's say 50K) but fail to mention that this includes an attendance bonus. They should pay you 50K + att. bonus. There are no career opportunities in OA and they do not do additional training to benefit your job nor a career (from my experience). The HMO is also the cheapest, one can think of, with only ONE dependent. Management likes to kiss the butts. OA is mostly contracting people.
