• Scan contents of the 201 file to a designated folder for uploading in the FileNet
• Collate, organize/index the files to respective 201 file folders
• Audit contents of 201 file or submitted documents vs. the company required pre-employment requirements
• Reports audit findings to HR Ops Sr. Associate for completion
• Assist in other HR admin tasks
Qualifications:
• At least college graduate
• At least 1 - 2 years of experience doing compensation and benefits
• At least 6 months working experience as Admin Asst or HR Assistant
• Highly organized, ability to keep confidential information
• High level of initiative
