1. Talent Acquisition & Employment Process
Ensures effective and efficient delivery of recruitment and HR information services to assist management personnel in achieving their goals.
a. Facilitate Recruitment, Selection and Hiring process
Prepares Job Ads, assists in Job Fairs; coordinates with hiring department, does preliminary interviews and arrange interview schedules with the department heads; prepares all necessary documentation for hiring.
b. Prepares all pre and post employment documents
c. Facilitates new employee orientation and endorsement of hires to requesting department
d. Facilitate payroll enrollment, bank inclusion and all applicable government registration requirements.
2. Performance Management
Oversees the performance management system process for the company in order to improve organization performance.
a. Monitors employment status of employees
b. Facilitates the release of performance evaluation sheets to department heads and supervisors, as well as monitoring accomplishments.
c. Prepares all employment contracts, all documents for employee movement.
d. Ensures adaption of all movements to payroll and HR records.
3. Employee Engagement
Conceptualize, plan, and implement employee activities and programs that will enhance productivity, motivation, citizenship, relationships, satisfaction, and retention in the organization.
4. Employee Services
Assists in information dissemination on company policies and procedures, as well as employee benefits and administration and other employee services.
Maintenance of updated employee files and records
5. Benefits Administration
Assists employees in availing their benefits in order to ensure services are given on time.
6. Other Tasks * Maybe asked to attend important coordination meetings - operations meeting, inter-department meeting, planning sessions, etc.
Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
1. Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science
2. At least 1-year relevant experience.
3. Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
4. Outstanding organizational & time-management skills; Problem solving and decision making skills
5. Strong ethics and reliability
6. Team player, higly organized, values-oriented, creative and can work with minimum supervision
7. Loves interacting with people and knows how to handle, inspire and get the most out of people of various professional levels and cultural backgrounds
8. Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
