Responsible for the preparation, analyzation and processing of payroll which includes timekeeping, salary deductions such as cashadvances and salary loan for rank and file and supervisory level, assessing and preparing of documents needed for SSS, PHIC, HDMFand BIR compliance. Also responsible for plan proposals, partnerships and administration of benefits available to employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for semi-monthly preparation and computation of company's employee's salary, as well as 13th month pay.
2. Responsible for an accurate and timely processing of employee's payroll and timekeeping.
3. Responsible for the government's monthly payments and requirements such as SSS, HDMF, Philhealth and Withholding Tax (whichincludes annual Alphalist) as well as safekeeping their documents, receipts and vouchers.
4. Responsible for the HMO enrollment, deletion and concerns of employees. Ensures timely payment of HMO services.
5. Responsible for enrollment of new employees for SSS, Philhealth, and HDMF.
6. Assists the employees in utilizing the internal and external loan facilities of the company
7. Computes and releases the final pay of resigned employees
8. Provides documents needed by employees such as Certificates of Employment, Form 2316, etc.
Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate of any four (4) year course in the related field
2. Must be highly proficient in MS Excel and power point
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
4. Must have a knowledge on market practices in compensation and benefits administration
5. Must have strong business sense
6. Must be fully adept in the processes and updates in SSS, PHIC, HDMF and BIR
7. Must be keen into details and highly analytical
8. Must be able to work independently or minimum supervision, and handle pressure
