This is a remote position.
Complete all recruitment duties such as job ad creation, screening and shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
Provide best practice advice regarding recruitment solutions, such as strategic sourcing, engagement of labor hire.
Ensure candidates are effectively managed through the entire recruitment process.
Monitor the employee onboarding process to ensure compliance with relevant state and Federal legislation.
Coordinate the recruitment module of Alliance SI HRIS (ELMO)
Contribute to the delivery of HR related projects and programs.
Contribute to the effectiveness of the HSEQ system to ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
Ensure productive working relationships are maintained will all internal stakeholders
Provide exceptional service to our candidates to ensure the recruitment process is seamless.
Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with external recruitment vendors to ensure an availability of contingent labor.
Monitor the recruitment budget.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience with end to end recruitment within a similar industry
Excellent communication skills
Strong organization, administration and time management skills
Administrative role dealing with confidential information
Impeccable administrative and organizational skills
Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal communication
Initiative to find solutions and resolve problems
