Job Responsibilities:
Supports HRD by screening, interviewing, back ground checking of applicants.
Sets up and schedules complicated meetings for interviewees, hiring managers, employees, and department heads.
Ensures to collect all pertinent documents from new employee/s before on-boarding.
Prepares employee ID, prints employment contract of new employees, including accurate data needed for opening of payroll ATM accounts.
Prepares payroll, ensures all DTR and other needed documents are accurate and submitted on time.
Prepares Government contributions and ensures on time payment.
Maintains human resources records of all employees by records all movement, including transfer, termination, change in job classifications, tracking of leaves,
Sets a good example at all times to internal and external customers.
Flexible with HR work and amenable to learn and adapt to fast growing work environment.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Graduate of BS Industrial Psychology or equivalent course
Strong in Payroll and Recruitment, at least 2 years work experience
MS Office - Strong in MS Excel
