We are looking for an HR and Administrative Assistant to support the HR and Admin section in its functions such as posting job ads, updating and maintaining the HR database, interviewing applicants and processing employees' requests. Performs administrative functions such as the upkeep of the office and all its' equipment.

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update HR database
2. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
3. Process employees' requests and provide relevant information
4. Coordinate with the operations team in scheduling itinerary of office messengers.
5. Prepare reports and memos for internal communications
6. Formulate HR policies and procedures
7. Provide orientations for new employees thru a provided on-boarding procedure
8. Source vendors, negotiate terms and conditions and provided a comparison for the provided quotations
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent or any behavioral science-related course.
2. Can work with a team and has good presentation skills
3. Less than or with 1 year of experience
4. Proficient with MS Office applications
5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
6. Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
7. A well-defined sense of diplomacy and has people management skills
8. With excellent communication skill in both written and oral
