General Objective:
To help the HR & Administration team deliver its targets by assisting with administrative and clerical tasks.
Specific Tasks
Responsible for the filing of the pre-employment requirements. Ensure all files are updated, such as employee 201 files, memos, and the HR internal database.
Handle the contract preparation for Employees, Freelancers and OJT Trainees.
Assist in preparing COE, COA, IDs, Business Cards, and other admin requests/concerns of employees.
Assist in Employee movement, such as monitoring the monthly Organizational Chart and creating updated Personnel Action Forms (PAF).
Assist in updating different HR & Administration Trackers to ensure smooth processes.
Assist in the Onboarding and Offboarding end-to-end process of full-time employees.
Assist in coordinating and facilitating employee programs, HR initiatives, and other projects relating to administration work as needed.
Processing of Payroll Account Opening (Overall process from enrollment of account to card issuance)
Assist in the monitoring of company inventory, supplies, deliveries, and returns from time to time.
In charge of the Quarterly Office Pest Control and Disinfection. Coordinate and schedule with the service provider and building admin.
Perform other tasks that the manager may assign.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree or a professional degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any business-related course.
With at least 6 months of experience in HR and Administration.
Preferably with experience using Google suites
Must be self-driven and can work independently and as a team.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and willing to perform various tasks.
Manage deadlines and schedules.
Has good oral and written English communication skills
Flexible (easily adjusts to sudden changes)
Must be amenable to work in Makati as needed (Once a week).
Can start ASAP.
