Oversee the following functions:
A. Recruitment:
1. Job Positng
2. Facilitate Examination (Written and Hands-On)
3. Conducts Initial Interview
4. Conducts Background / Employment verification prior to hiring)
5. Facilitate requirements of applicants
6. Prepares appointment/contracts, etc.
B. Conducts Orientation for Newly Hired Employees
C. Biometric Registration for Newly Hired Employees
D. Prepares Daily Attendance (must be proficient in biometric time-keeping)
E. Prepares DTR for payroll purposes thru Biometric
F. Coordinate with the Engineering dept. all concerns for repair and maintenance.
G . Prepares Monthly Report:
1. Newly Hired Employees
2. Resigned /Awol Employees
3. Statistics of Applicants
4. Manpower
H. Prepares incident report for plant pull out or mall pull out damages
I. Willing to travel to Branches
** Attend to employee inquiries
** Act as intermediary /coordinator
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
3 years of experience
Language(s): English
Availability to travel: Yes
Availability of change of residence: Yes
