HR AND ADMIN OFFICER
 
Job Description:
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the department and staff members.
Hire, train, and evaluate employees, taking corrective action when necessary.
Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with DOLE policies and company handbook procedures.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working condition.
Work closely with accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and manage payroll.
Computes Site Payroll Based on Biometrics Weekly Cut off.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate office events such as meetings, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
Collect, organize, and store information using digital and physical filing systems.
Oversee special projects and monitor progress toward company goals.
Foster professional growth through ongoing learning and development initiatives.
FACILITATES ADMINISTRATIVE WORKS Like Benefits and Compensation (SSS, Pag-Ibig, Phil Health) .
Processing of the following permits, licenses and insurances:
all MCES company vehicles insurances registration and transportation .
Process MCES Renewal of Business permit, cedula, Delivery Permit and Etc.
Process PCAB upgrading
Establish network in Local Government Unit for smooth and faster transaction
Recruitment of Skilled Workers (Like Plumbers, Welders, Pipefitters and Finishing Carpenters).
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience in management or financial reporting is preferred.
Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and coaching abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid understanding of employment law and DOLE regulations.
Ability to analyze, interpret, and explain HR policies and legal frameworks.
Demonstrated integrity, credibility, and approachability in leadership.
Proven track record of managing a team or division for at least 3 years.
