Job Description:
The HR and Admin Officer will be working with one of Australia's fastest-growing full-service telecommunications companies; on a mission to deliver fast and reliable internet and voice services to consumers, businesses, and niche markets.
We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to join the team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department. HR & Admin Officer responsibilities include processing, oversight, and guidance in the monitoring and development of processes related to recruitment and retention, compliance, compensation, and training and development. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions. Ultimately, the HR and Admin Officer will make sure all HR operations run smoothly.
Requirements:
The core responsibility is recruitment for various AU based requirements including support and technical posts.
End-to-end recruitment processing
Admin responsibility will be mostly under recruitment duties including internal reference checks.
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
Update internal databases with new hire information
Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
Publish and remove job ads
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the total number of hires by department
Develop training and onboarding material
Respond to employees' questions about benefits (for example, the number of vacation days they're eligible for)
Benefits:
At least three (5) years' work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Knowledge of using HRIS-Elmo is an advantage
Basic knowledge of labor legislation
Experience using spreadsheets
Organizational skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
BS Psychology, Human Resources, or relevant field
Contractor agreement
Salary Offer: PHP65K to 72K
Type: Contractor (3 months)
