1.Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in
Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Human Resources Management/ Humanities/ Liberal Arts or equivalent.
2.At least 3 years of working experience in the related field, such as:
a) Recruitment and Onboarding
b) Employee wellness and performance
c) Payroll preparation and administration
d) Purchasing and sourcing
3.Willing and able to do office admin work and clerical duties, including adhoc requests from Management and sister companies.
4.Required skills: Knowledgeable in Labor Laws and Standards,
Mandatory Legal requirements, Excellent in Oral and Written communication, Hardworking and Can handle pressure.
5.Ready to start immediately under temporary Work from Home Setup but maybe required to come to office in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
