The HR Admin Manager carries out responsibilities in providing the essential aspects of Human Resource functions, including but not limited to:
• recruiting & staffing
• organizational & space planning
• performance management and improvement systems;
• employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting;
• employee orientation, development, and training;
• policy development and documentation;
• employee relations;
• company-wide committee facilitation;
• company employee communication;
• compensation and benefits administration;
• employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; and
• employee services and counseling. • administration of the HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Vehicles custodian (LTO & Insurance Renewal)
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , in Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences or equivalent
• Required skill(s): manpower handling, leadership abilities, verbal and written skills, labor code oriented
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 3 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month - negotiable
