-Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in BSBA-HRDM / BS Psychology or any related course
- With at least 2-3 years of work experience as HR - Admin preferably in food manufacturing industry
-Knowledgeable in Recruitment and Selection, Employee and Labor relations, payroll timekeeping and compensation and benefits.
-Must have strong interpersonal skill
