Description
* Responsible for managing the financial and accounting reporting activities of the company.
* Manage operational expenses and other costs to meet company's targeted financial objectives and recommend measures to improve results through identification and analysis of profit and growth potential and weaknesses of the business.
* Avoid legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations , recommending new procedures.
* Prepares the company's budget and analyze actual results, fosters cooperation/coordination with external auditor and government regulatory agency representatives and ensures compliance with all tax laws and PEZA rules and regulations.
* Promote and sustain a healthy and positive working environment anchored in the values of professionalism, client service, excellence and collaboration.
* Administer Company Code of Ethics and other personnel policies, and issues corresponding disciplinary action.
* Attends to requests for additional manpower, from recruitment, selection and interview, testing, referral to requisitioning department and placement.
* Represents the company with the local government, industry and trade associates as may be necessary to the best interest of the company.
* Stand and serve as a link between the management & the subordinates.
