Job Description
Report on recruitment team's performance
Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
Create Monthly reports, MIS and dashboards
Coordination with Vendors and referrals on payouts
Report sourcing productivity across locations
Qualifications
Proven work total experience of minimum 6 years from which 2 years is as a Recruiting MIS lead
BPO experience required
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR database
Extensive Macro reporting experience
Knowledge of labor legislation-Preferred
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
Excellent MS office suite proficiency
Graduate in any field - preferably in Psychology.
