Job Responsibilities:
Assist the new hire onboarding process for local regions by collecting and e-filing pre-hire documents, conducting employment verification, preparing employment contracts, sending welcome emails and kits, conducting new hire orientation
Manage the e-filing of all HR and employee documents.
Assist in the offboarding process for local regions by sending exit formalities emails, preparing release letters and other required documentation
Qualifications:
Graduate in Business Management or Human Resource Management
Minimum of two (20 years of experience as HR Generalist in a BPO companies
Experience in the APAC region is an advantage
Equipped in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
With strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, BGC, Taguig
