JOB SUMMARY:
Leads end-to-end process improvement projects in Talent Acquisition to ensure optimal recruitment operations, adherence to compliance policies, and maintain the reliability of recruitment data and dashboard. Leads various Talent Acquisition data reporting and data analysis that will impact operational effectiveness.
The key responsibilities include but are not limited to 1) facilitating refresher training activities, process onboarding, and any other process improvement initiatives; 2) conducting quality checks on key processes; 3) reviewing policy documents; 4) maintaining and standardization of performance scorecard, data reporting, and data analysis; and 5) leading Human Capital projects for business expansions.
Human Capital and NSMM Projects
- Collaborate with HCAP and NSMM project teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Work closely with internal team members for HCAP and NSMM project planning kickoff, evaluation, and handover.
- Provide support in assessing and understanding HCAP and NSMM program inefficiencies, roadblocks, and risks within the Talent Acquisition scope and recommend solutions where needed.
- Ensure Talent Acquisition policies and standards are incorporated and adhered to in all HCAP and NSMM initiatives.
- Help monitor and regularly report key metrics as defined in the HCAP and NSMM project plan. Make necessary adjustments to ensure targets are being met.
HCAP Projects:
Non-manage Service: Project Plum (Sales and Tech)
Global business service: Hub and Spoke (Poland, KL); will be hired in the existing ELS and LN entity but will be managed by REPH
Predictive - based on attrition numbers
Proactive - niche requirements

Transform, analyze, visualize, and maintain quality Talent Acquisition data to generate business insights and recommendations
Analyze industry and competitive information to identify opportunities for the recruitment process
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or other courses
Advanced Excel knowledge
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
At least 1 year of experience in data reporting and data analysis
Recruitment experience is an advantage
