You will be responsible for finding and resolving issues in the HR department as an HR Analyst. You'll also be in charge of making recommendations to the HR Manager about how to improve various HR processes.
You must also have significant knowledge of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems, as well as outstanding communication and data analysis abilities. You should also have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to solve problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Compiling and analyzing the HR performance metrics.
Helping HR Manager in developing HR programs.
Identifying any HR-related issues and finding solutions for them.
Writing and reviewing job descriptions.
Supporting HR processes with data analysis and statistics.
Making suggestions to the HR Manager regarding the internal surveys.
Accessing the results from the employee's performance review.
Calculating retention, mobility rates, and turnovers.
Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Recommending short- and long-term goals for the organization.
Preparing reports and presenting them to the higher management.
Implementing training programs for new employees.
Performing other miscellaneous duties as and when required.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
With 1-2 years of proven work experience in the Human Resources department as an HR Analyst, or a similar role.
Sound knowledge and experience of Applicant Tracking System.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Extensive knowledge of Human Resource procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
Ability to solve the problem efficiently.
Ability to manage time.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Exceptional critical thinking skills.
