Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible to identify and work with HR Team to resolve HR related issues.
Responsible to help job audits of HR Team
Responsible to assist HR Team in the progression and moderation of operating policies.
Responsible to review employee and candidate information for the Database
Responsible in assisting HR Team for the feedback of staff performance
Responsible to provide support of the company organization
