The HR Analyst is the individual contributor who does end-to-end, basic level HR functions covering the areas of Compensation and Benefits, HR Information System and Special HR Projects for the STI Organization. He/She is expected to display technical expertise, interpersonal and coordination skills and maturity in the role, as well as, strong adherence to Company practices and aspirations.
Educational and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related field.
Experience and Competency Requirements:
With at least (2) years experience and significant exposure in Human Resources Management covering HR Information Systems, Compensation and Benefits
Must be highly organized and keen attention to details
Advantage if with knowledge on Labor Laws and HR policies and procedures
