The HR Adviser is responsible for Philippines HR Operations and coordination of global mobility assignments/transfers. What will you do - HR Operations Managing the 3rd party provider monthly payroll runs (HR input, feedback, and review/first signing-off) and year-end payroll work (including employer declaration obligations towards 3rd party insurers, etc.) Responsible for filtering and/or addressing enquiries from internal (employee, management) or external stakeholders (e.g., social/tax authorities) as may be required. Acting as a trusted advisor to employees on questions related to their employment, insurances, permits, payroll enquiries, etc. Accountable for the execution of 'from hire to retire' operational HR processes, manage the administrative life cycle of employees from onboarding to offboarding in collaboration with the HR Service Centre, invoicing and benefits administration activities. Responsible for reiterating and maintaining the entity's personnel regulations as may be required (e.g. following CBA decisions, etc.) Responsible for answering any internal, external, or statutory audits as may be required. - Global Mobility Acting as a liaison and coordinator between the AtkinsRealis Global Mobility COE and Linxon stakeholders Monitoring Linxon global mobility cases, following-up on actions and bringing the right parties together to resolve issues, ensuring successful delivery. Articulating Global Mobility policies to Linxon stakeholders and ensuring the necessary compliance Assisting Linxon stakeholders in preparation of Mobility business cases, providing information necessary for decision making Ensuring regular management reporting - Miscellaneous Participating in regional or global HR or HR Operations projects as may be needed and agreed. Supporting global or regional HR processes, e.g., C&B, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Recruitment related, as may be needed and agreed. Experience, Education and other Required: Experience with global mobility (as direct in-house global mobility or global mobility consulting) Solid knowledge of Philippines HR landscape (labor law, social security, taxes, etc). Working knowledge of at least one HRIS (Workday preferred) Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Business proficiency in spoken and written English Proactive working style, highly reliable and team player, good interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical skills & high detail orientation Strong sense of values and ethics Only candidates who have the right to live and work in Philippines will be processed.
