Position Title: HR Administrator
Salary: 33,000 - 38,000 PHP a month
Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor
Primary Relationships: Partner Staff
Date: February 2024Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PHT
Responsibilities:
Support the HR lead in all aspects of human resources administration, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with benefits enrollment.
Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Process employee changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations, and update HR databases accordingly.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations, and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and employee handbooks.
Assist with employee relations matters, including investigating complaints, conducting disciplinary meetings, and documenting outcomes.
Coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling training sessions, tracking employee participation, and maintaining training records.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in human resources administration or related role required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong English ability both speaking and writing.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
