Preparation of employment contracts, transfers, termination letters, confirmation letters of resignations, reference letters, final settlements
Preparation of Payroll, within master data changes in SAP, Import of Workreports in SAP, check expected salaries, test results of pay runs, distribute electronic payslips. Application of yellow vaccine cards
Responsible for the Bank Cards , vocal point to the key account manager of the bank,
Vocal Point for the hiring process from the Philippines via the JBN agent in Manila
Registration and Termination of the Health insurance for Expats
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree holder.
Training within the payroll & compensation as well in digitalization of HR Processes is an asset.
Demonstrated experience as a human resources representative, human resources administrator, or other human resources function.
Knowledge of human resources functions (compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc.)
Proficient use of MS Office; knowledge of SAP HR is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player with the flexibility to work both independently and in cross-functional teams
Effective communicator with strong written and presentation skills
