Odfjell Drilling Philippines is looking for HR Administrator (Employee Data Management). The role is responsible for the delivery of HR Shared Administration Services focuses mainly on Employee Data Management (employee life cycle). The incumbent will support the EMEA and APAC regions.
QUALIFICATIONS
With a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology and/or related field
With at least three (3) years solid and comprehensive experience of the same capacity
Has experience and knowledge of HR processes, systems and tools within the various stages of the employee life cycle
Has proven managing, understanding, execution of ERP systems and tools, database functionality and reporting
In-depth experience in employee data process management
Experience on travel, time registration and expenses administration
Has excellent skills in Microsoft office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience working in a multi-cultural and shared services environment
Has willingness and ability to proactively collaborate and communicate within the team and stakeholders
Ability to resolve conflict with integrity and demonstrate high degree of confidentiality and negotiation skills within the scope
Analytical and able to translate and communicate statistical data into action
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Structured, accurate, systematic, and committed to deliver within deadlines
Ability to take initiative and make sound judgement and recommending decisions
Result-oriented mindset
Has an excellent oral and written communication skill
Motivated to facilitate and contribute to the Company's growth
Willing to work on Mid-shift (Central Eastern Time)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate employment data changes life cycle (onboarding, job changes, competency/training, requirements, offboarding, etc.)
Facilitate time registration, expenses and travel administration
Participate in development of end user work instructions
Provide end-user support for use of HR IFS database functionality, primary support for travel bill/expense registration and deputy on time registration
Assist in creation, launch and administration of employment surveys
Extract personnel reports, queries and other information from IFS (ERP) system for Line Managers, HR Advisors and relevant stakeholders;
Create summary reports and presentations of database extractions to Excel and Powerpoint
Ensure continuous alignment and improvement of HR processes and practices across the organization
Recommend, support and collaborate with respective stakeholders for process development, review and enhancement, in compliance with local and international legislations, whenever applicable;
Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time
