- Office procedures, methods and equipment including computers and applicable software applications such as word processing and databases.
-Hiring process such as reviewing applications , selecting the right candidates to interview, testing candidates, choosing between candidates to make the hiring decision and performing various pre-employment test and checks.
- Business letter writing and issuance of Memorandum
-Methods and techniques for basic report preparation, writing, record keeping and filing
-English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation
-Pertinent labor laws, codes and ordinances.
- Candidate must possess at lease Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
