Supports Human Resource Department by sourcing, screening, and endorsing qualified candidates as response to MRFs within a given timeline
Facilitates on-boarding procedures to new employees
Prepares payroll summary report accurately with minimal to zero error
Administers employee benefit program including salary loan, insurances, bonds, and other programs by advising employees of eligibility, providing application information, helping with form completion, verifying submission, and notifying employees of approvals
Set up and schedules complicated meetings, interview for interviewees, and other work related appointment or assembly
Delivers quality work in relation to duties assigned by the top management and executives
Provide administrative duties that is related to purchasing office supplies and equipment, issuing building required permits, and closely monitors office assets
Initiates Safety Protocols as mandated by the government against Covid-19 pandemic
Maintains employee records at 201 file
Bachelors degree in Psychology, HRDM, or related course
One year of both administrative support and HR experience
Literate with HRIS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workplace Applications
Keen to details and highly organize
Previously worked as an Executive Assistant or Secretarial job is an advantage
Preferably with average to excellent calendar and presentation skills
Amenable to work in Makati City, Philippines
