As a Human Resource Officer, you are responsible for a variety of administrative duties within the human resource function.
Key Responsibilities:
Performs recruitment & selection. Advertises and screens applicants for vacant positions, conducts qualifying examinations & initial interviews to applicants who met the general criteria
Familiarity with different online job hosting platforms
Maintains employees' 201 records.
Enrolls employees to company benefits, attends & processes employee claims on their benefits
Implements company policies & procedures
Conducts company orientation to new hires. Ensures that they have complied with the company's pre-employment requirements
Maintains records on leaves and employee information
Assists in carrying out performance appraisals of employees
Attends and participates in meetings. Coordinates and implements office administration processes and procedures, facilitates, prepares & disseminates business correspondences e.g. announcements, certificates of employment, etc.
Preparation of monthly payroll sheet; Attends to employee's inquiries regarding their salaries
Other tasks as assigned by the management
Qualifications:
Education: Must have a degree in Psychology, HRDM, Business Administration or other related courses
Experience: Proven work experience as Human Resource personnel or similar role
Training: Computer literacy; Microsoft Office/Google Suite efficiency
Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills; good people management; above average written and oral communication skills; highly organized and keen to details; Possesses logical thinking with strong analytical skills; Possesses strategic and organizational skills.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree

Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Decision making, Recruiting, Human Resources
