Your Role
As an HR Admin, your role is to organize and maintain personnel records, update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave), prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides, and also revise company policies if needed. You will create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates), must answer employees' queries about HR-related issues, and assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules). Aside from that, you will assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes, answer telephone calls and provide needed information, and arrange travel accommodations, and process expense forms when necessary. Also, you'll have to participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event) and attend other duties that may be assigned by the management.
About You
For you to become a successful candidate for this role, you would need to have at least 2 years in college, but preferably have a bachelor's degree. An established experience in All HR Facets - Compensation and Benefits, Timekeeping, Labor Relations, Training and Development for at least 1 year or more is required, and experience in a BPO company is a plus. You must have knowledge in HRIS System - JustPayroll/ADP, MS Office software, Google Spreadsheets/Docs, and other tools related to documentations. Also, you need to be knowledgeable in software proficiency, operating procedures and have Organizational, Customer Care, and Project Management skills.
