Established in Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines in 1983, Mactan Rock Industries Inc. started as an industrial chemical manufacturer specializing in water treatment chemicals and industrial preventive maintenance chemicals. As the company grew, it began trading in water softeners, demineralizers and ion exchange resins. In just over five (5) years, it metamorphosed from its modest beginnings to a complete water and wastewater treatment company.
 
Through its Human Resources Department (HRD) hereby informs everyone that we are currently looking for successful applicants to fill up the following position enumerated below along with the qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Atleast 30-40 years old
Psychology/Business Administration Graduate, or any related course
With 1 year experience in the related field
Computer Literate
Ability to work with less supervision
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads and supports the implementation of company policies in the department
Leads the department's participation in company sponsored activities, e.g. Annual Conference, Mid-year Conference, Quarterly family and Recognition day, etc.
Supports the implementation of management systems and procedures in the department, e.g. quality, environment, health and safety.
Prepares the company's annual human resources development programs and budget for presentation during the conferences.
Oversees the implementation of approved programs for the development of the company's human resources.
Oversees the implementation of the company's human resources performance measurement, monitoring and reporting system.
Prepares PAF for new employee and personnel movement.
Reviews job requirements and recruits needed personnel.
Ensures the thorough use of available sources in searching for competent applicants by:
• Posting the vacancies within Company premises.
• Coordinating with campuses and universities.
• Referring the availability of personnel to active files or reserve pool of applicants.
• Seeking clearance from the Department of Labor and Employment for manpower requirements advertised through local newspapers.
• Endorsing advertisements for manpower requirements to local dailies, radio stations and jobsites in the internet.
Conducts pre-screening and preliminary interview of applicants.
Ensures completeness of employment requirements of the new hires prior to start of work.
