Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess a College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
Must be with at least 2-3 years of professional experience in handling HR/Admin tasks.
Notable problem-solving skills and ability to make independent and responsible judgements.
Must be highly personable, flexible, and mature approach with the ability to work unsupervised.
Must always commit to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Must be detail-oriented and with good analytical skills.
Must be with high regard for ethics and integrity.
Job Descriptions
Handle recruitment through a variety of recruitment avenues.
Lead orientation of new hires.
Responsible in maintaining and safekeeping of 201 files.
Prepare employment contracts.
Facilitate orientation of employees, discussing contracts, functions, policies and code of conducts.
Oversees and manages performance appraisals in a timely manner.
Proficient in doing timekeeping and payroll.
Responsible in computing 13th month, SIL, and commission.
Facilitate trainings and development as needed.
Organize company activities such as Teambuilding, Anniversary, X'mas party etc.
Handle employee disciplinary cases and grievances with due process.
Represents the company at personnel-related hearings and investigation.
Address employee concerns.
Conduct exit interview (if necessary)
Ensure the return of company equipment, etc.
Provide administrative work alongside managing partners.
Help source, order, and organize the files of suppliers.
Provides assistance and support to the office in problem solving, project planning and management, and development and execution of stated goals and objectives.
