Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Business Management
Has knowledge about labor laws and government regulations related to HR
Work Experience Required:
With 5-10 years of experience in human resources and administration department in a service oriented organizations.
Experience leading a human resources and administration team
Has experience in creating and implementing strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt
Skills and Abilities:
With excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills
Personable, highly analytical and result-oriented
Must be strong communicator and able to interact with people at all levels
Trustworthy, reliable, proactive, flexible and strategic
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and system software program
Ability to interact cooperatively and work as a team towards a common goal
