Authorities & Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources Management:
-
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment,
onboarding, training and development, performance management, and offboarding.
Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions for various
roles within the organization.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company
policies.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution,
disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including
salary reviews, payroll processing, and employee benefits programs.
2. Talent Acquisition and Retention: - Lead the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. - Develop effective strategies for attracting and retaining top talent. - Build relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to ensure a diverse pool of qualified candidates. - Implement employee retention programs, including career development initiatives and succession planning. 3. Training and Development: - Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. - Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops, both internally and externally. - Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement. 4. Employee Engagement and Performance Management: - Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. - Implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and performance improvement plans. - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters. 5. Security and Safety:
Develop and implement security and safety policies,
procedures, and protocols to protect employees, assets, and facilities.
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential security and
safety hazards.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement and
maintain security systems, such as access control, CCTV, and alarms.
Coordinate emergency response plans and drills to ensure
preparedness in case of crises or disasters.
Monitor and investigate security incidents, breaches, or
violations and take appropriate corrective actions.
Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees,
promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
6. IT-related Responsibilities:
Oversee IT-related functions, including managing IT
infrastructure, systems, and equipment.
Collaborate with IT department or vendors to ensure smooth
functioning of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Implement IT policies and procedures, including data security,
user access controls, and backup procedures.
Provide support for IT-related issues and coordinate with IT
staff or vendors for resolution.
Stay updated with technological advancements and recommend
improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.
7. Administrative Operations: - Oversee general administrative functions, including facilities management, office supplies, and vendor management. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Manage employee-related documentation, such as contracts, policies, and procedures.
8. Vehicles Management:
-Manage the organization's vehicles fleet, including procurement, maintenance, and utilization. -Develop and implement policies and procedures related to vehicle usage, fuel
management, and maintenance schedules. -Coordinate vehicle inspections, repairs, and regular servicing to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
-Monitor and control vehicle-related expenses, such as fuel, maintenance, and insurance. -Maintain accurate records of vehicle assignments, mileage, and maintenance
history.
