Job Description HR Admin (Mandarin)
Duties:
1. Responsible for the recruitment effort of the company;
2. Responsible for hiring Chinese speakers to overseas office;
3. Responsible for opening recruitment channels in China and overseas;
4. Responsible for producing and editing the employee handbook and implementing policy;
5. Responsible for collating and digesting all employee feedback/complaints and responding in a professional manner;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher;
2. 3 years of human resources experience;
3. Familiar with all major recruitment channels in China such as 51job, Boss, zhaopin.com, liepin.com etc..;
4. Familiar with overseas channels that can be used to recruit Chinese speakers;
5. Have existing headhunter connections;
6. Familiar with Office software and very proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
7. Very good formatting and presentation skills, able to relay key points in a concise manner;
8. Decent communication skills, focused under pressure, professional and teamwork oriented;
9. Fluent in both Chinese and English;
10. Internet company experience preferred;
