JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Manage Admin Drivers schedules, give proper instructions, and accommodate any concerns and updates needed by drivers.
• Manage janitors' schedule and ensure daily tasks are accomplished
• Processing of company business registration and renewal of business permits.
• Processing of all vehicle registration - LTO and insurance
• Processing of all government permits, documents, and reports
• Monitoring of all maintenance concerns, calling for repairs, and providing recommendations for solutions.
• In charge of scrap management.
• Maintains supplies, tools, and equipment inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
• Assist in DOLE compliance documentation.
• Create effective channel of communication between employees and management.
• Providing support to line managers in implementing policies and procedures.
• Validating accuracy of attendance and timekeeping forms before payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
• Generate and provide assistance to legal documentations.
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Management or any related field.
• At least 1 year experience as Admin Assistant
• Strong computer skills and experience
• Experience using spreadsheets.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
