Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder in HRM, Business Administration or any related course
Open for fresh graduate
Willing to work in shift schedule
Okay with onsite work
Knowledgeable in MS Office
Keen to details, organized and with good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Responsible in collecting and updating 201 files.
Contact person in issuance and shipment of employee documents.
Update HR files and trackers (employee records)
Facilitate inventory of company assets.
Create poster for company announcement.
Responsible for office maintenance
Assist HR team with other admin task
