The HR administrative assistant will perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. He/She will support the HR department in areas of Recruitment, Training and development, Performance Management, Payroll and office administration. Also, responsibility includes providing support to the managers and employees' needs when needed.
The HR administrative assistant position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. He/She will be directly reporting to the HRBP.
Assist in all Employee Engagement activities that is initiated by HR.
Assist job posting in all recruitment portals and monitor all applications.
Assist in scheduling of candidates for interview
Assist in monitoring completion of pre-employment requirements of new employee(s)
Ensures all filings in the Personnel 201 file are updated and in place.
Assist in the termination/resignation requirements/ clearance of all out-going employees.
Assist in requirements for building and maintenance (fire, safety, mechanical, electrical)
Do coordination with general maintenance staff of the company for any needed assistance on office admin matter.
Assist in Handling all matters concerning office maintenance and repairs, and reports to the HRBP for necessary actions.
Assist with any timekeeping related concern.
Coordinates with HR Payroll Accountant for any payroll related concern.
Handles other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
Preferably with HR background in a corporate setting
Well verse in recruitment and payroll processes
Can work both as individual contributor or team player
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Human Resources Business Process Outsourcing 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
