Job description:
Supervise HR function
Liaising with recruitment agencies, Advertising job openings, Organizing and designing training sessions, accurately recording hours, and managing payroll and employee relations.
Supervise accounting functions.
Supervise and assist accounts receivable in collecting payments.
Resolve customer/supplier inquiries related to accounting.
Generate month-end reports for financial statements.
Assist in the preparation of annual budget processes.
Supervise in preparing payroll reports and statements.
Supervise and ensure the proper functioning of all inventory controls.
This position is responsible for preparing and checking of various schedules and documents needed for submission to the BIR.
Leads accounting staff in entering disbursement and collection of data.
Review staff entries of disbursements and collections.
Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
Has at least 5 years of experience in the accounting field (the more years of experience the better)
have knowledge about PEZA and work in a manufacturing company
can come to laguna cabuyao without shuttle service
PREFERRED
work in Japanese manufacturing company
have experience as a supervisor or assistant manager level
