Job Description
Clean and service guest rooms, suites, or designated areas following established cleanliness standards, including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, and changing linens.
Handle room appliances (e.g., coffee makers, refrigerators) and maintain a high standard of cleanliness in these areas.
Notify supervisor once rooms are ready for occupancy and report any rooms that cannot be serviced.
Report safety hazards and needed repairs in guest rooms or public areas.
Maintain supply levels and minimize waste.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with deep cleaning or additional tasks when required.
Ensure that lost and found items are handled according to procedures.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks in a timely manner
Knowledge of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
