This role ensures all workspaces, restrooms, common areas, and specific facility sections are cleaned and maintained according to the company's standards. The position operates on a rotational shift basis, covering both day and graveyard schedules.What You'll Do:Perform routine cleaning of workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areasEmpty trash bins and ensure proper disposal and segregation of wasteSanitize high-touch surfaces such as door handles, switches, and shared equipmentMonitor and restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and hygiene itemsHandle deep cleaning tasks such as floor scrubbing, window cleaning, or upholstery sanitation as scheduledReport any safety hazards, damages, or maintenance concerns to the supervisorMaintain cleaning equipment in good condition and follow proper storage protocolsEnsure all cleaning logs and documentation are properly completed and submittedAdhere to company safety and hygiene protocols at all timesFollow the designated area-based cleaning assignments and shift handover proceduresWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent preferredProven housekeeping or janitorial experience is an advantagePhysically fit and capable of standing, walking, and lifting for extended periodsWilling to work on a rotating shift schedule, including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidaysAbility to follow instructions and work with minimal supervisionStrong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to cleanliness and hygieneWhy You'll Love Joining the CO Fam!At Clark Outsourcing, we're redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
