JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage the daily operations of the hotel including hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of staff members
Responsible for the overall management of the operations of the 11 suite luxury boutique hotel
Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks.
Carry out regular inspections of all departments in the areas of guest service delivery, cleanliness, presentation, service delivery, employee presentation and grooming.
Ensure that the hotel is well-maintained by scheduling repairs and maintenance as needed
Responsible for maximizing profit through the consistent delivery of the highest standard of service.
Review guest complaints, concerns, or issues in order to make decisions about how to best respond to them
Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure that all associated activities are handled flawlessly.
Oversee the work of housekeeping staff and control room and supplies inventory.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset or Graduates bachelor's degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field
Minimum 5 years work experience in a 5 Star Hotel as Hotel Supervisor
Computer Knowledge, MS office. Experience in Property Management Software's, Revenue Management Systems and Online Travel Agency Systems.
Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
Displays initiative and commitment to professional values.
With pleasing personality
Willing to work or to be relocated in Batangas City
At least 5'5 ft in height
