RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for promoting and selling hotel accommodations and services.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and etc.
 Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and attract potential guests.
Manage social media platforms to engage with followers.
Meeting with potential customers to promote the hotel's services.
Collaborate with the management to develop pricing strategies and packages to maximize profitability.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Make reservations for corporate clients.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
At least one (1) year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with corporate clients
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge and experience in dealing with Japanese clients, including understanding Japanese business culture and etiquette.
