Shift Time: MID Shift/Night Shift
Salary Range: ₱ 20,000.00-₱ 30,000.00
Specific Technical
Skills:
Good Knowledgeable of Computer applications.
Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel) and other hotel
Property Management Systems. RMS Cloud experience is beneficial but not
essential.
Other Capabilities: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Adaptive to changing work
schedules and working hours. Customer orientation. Problem-Solving,
Decision-Making, and Analytical skills. Efficient Multitasking ability.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Work Experience: Hotel Reservations or Central Reservation Experience Required Customer Service, Sales or Hospitality experience preferred.
Bachelors Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Business Management
With BPO experience in Hotel Reservation experience is advantage
Willing to work shifting
Benefits: Direct hire, renewable contract and pay sick leave
