FRONT DESK OFFICE
As the Front Desk Officer, you should act as the bridge between the front and the back office. While coordinating the operation, you will also ensure that all guests experience a fantastic stay.
 
HOUSE KEEPING DEPARTMENT
The Housekeeper supervises and coordinates activities of room attendant, house attendant, public area cleaners and floor supervisors. He / She assists in the managing and directing of the day–to–day operations of all Housekeeping and laundry functions.
 
Participates in and enforces quality assurance for Housekeeping Department 
 
BANQUET SUPERVISOR
To supervise all phases of all type of banquet functions, Coordinate activity on a daily basis. Banquet supervisor should also oversee banquet event and ensure that all service standards, departmental policies are followed by banquet staffs. Act as a single point of contact with the banquet host during the banquet function.
 
 
BAR MANAGER/WAITER/ WAITRESS
 
As a Bar waiter / waitress you will ensure that all guests are served to the company standard in the Bar or Lounge areas. Ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times within all food and beverage areas. 
 
Additionally you will serve and explain drinks, cocktails and coffees to guests including ingredients and discussing any allergy information.  Take and deliver accurate drink orders to guest as per the hotel standards.
 
SALES MANAGER
 
As a Sales manager you are responsible to develop and foster business through pro-active direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls and tours of the hotel. Also develops strategic action plans for hotels to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue.
 
Identify areas of opportunity in performance and recommend tools and sales training to optimize performance of sales team. Additionally work with individual hotel teams to identify skill development areas and properly deploy sales and marketing resources
 
SPA THERAPIST
 
Handling all massages as per the hotels operational and treatment standards. Responsible for all massages and treatment related activities, and for the safety of the guests in the massage room. 
 
Maintains appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform appearance and posture of himself/herself and all personnel involved in the massage room operation.
 
SPA MANAGER
 
As the manager of the spa, he/she would play a very important role in the day to day operations of the SPA and health club department. Should strive to maintain and motivate the entire SPA team, and also able to create a culture of care and service excellence among employees.
 
Able to develop and implement SPA operational goals, policies and procedures. Additionally responsible for leading the efficient and effective Spa operations including short and long-term strategic planning.
 
 
BANQUET CHEF/ CATERING CHEF
 
As a banquet chef, you would be primarily responsible for the planning, organising, controlling and directing the work of employees in the Banquet Kitchen Department. Overseeing the food preparation of all banquet and catering event while ensuring superior quality and consistency at all times.
 
Additionally responsible to develop new banquet menu’s, prepare, test, taste and control out new menu items. Maintain updated and accurate recipes and costing of all dishes prepared for banquet functions. Also, review the following day's menus and approves the store requisitions for food and supplies needed from various kitchen storerooms.
 
 
SWIMMING POOL ATTENDANT
 
Performs guest safety and recreational work supervising, swimming and enforcing regulations at a hotel pool as well as providing for the guest-s comfort. An essential responsibility of this role includes ensuring cleanliness, setting -up and safety of all areas and facilities and attend to all guests needs within the hotel pool area as per the safety guidelines of the hotels management.
 
 
LUGGAGE PORTER/ BELL BOY
 
Primarily responsible to Greet and welcome all guest to the hotel and relieve guests of their luggage on arrival. You will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times, and that all guest requests are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner.
 
In Addition to assist guests with luggage, Porters are also responsible to collect and distribute post, parcels. And also deal with general enquiries and ensuring the lobby and forecourt areas are always clean and tidy.
 
 
WAITER/WAITRESS/COCKTAIL SERVER

As a Room Service Waiter you are responsible for preparing orders, set trays and delivering items to guest rooms in an attentive and efficient manner, and ensuring to provide excellent quality service as per the Hotel Standard operating procedure.
 
Additionally responsible for maintaining cleanliness at work and guest areas by clearing, collecting and returning food and beverage items to proper area. Also serve food courses and beverages to guests.
