MADISON SUITES HOTEL in Basak, Lapu-Lapu City is in need of Housekeeping staff.
 
Job Description
 
Perform a wide variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
 
• Check and replace the stock of relevant supplies and equipment
• Ensures that all company standards for cleanliness are met consistently
• Utilize cleaning practices that protect equipment and furniture
• Interact with customers as needed, including dealing with reasonable request and
   Complaints with professionalism and patience
• Works well with the broader cleaning team
• Change linens
• Cleans and replaces bed and bath linens; Dusts and polishes interior windows; Disposes garbage and recycles items properly
• Bathroom and bedroom cleaning
• Cleans and disinfects hotel rooms
• Follows all safety and sanitation policies
• Assists guests when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness of the hotel lobby
• Report any stocks that are running low to the supervisor so that these can be ordered or
   fill up request form.
• Discuss any requests or suggestions for new stock items with supervisor.
• Takes temperature checks aircon/ref and report finding. Any faults should be reported
   to the supervisor.
• Reports to the supervisor any needed maintenance work for scheduling.
• Reports and turn over any property left by the customer to the supervisor.
• Reports any problems to the supervisor.
• Maintain enough inventory on linens and appurtenances for bed making
• Keeps all cleaning equipment and appurtenances properly and in order.
• Should fill up request form for requesting cleaning materials 
• Ensures fresh materials for bed making
• Should help in the reception area and kitchen when done cleaning.
• Ensures that the checklist provided by the management is fulfilled..
 
Qualifications/Requirements
• Preferably Female
• NCll on House Keeping is an advantage but not necessary
• Experience is an advantage
• Possess good communication skills
• Can work under less supervision
• Hard working and honest
