Job Requirement:
Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related courses
With above average oral and written communication skills
Knowledgeable in MS office applications particularly in MS Word and MS Excel
Experience in office administration, hotel or travel reservation management or medical background (nursing) is an advantage
Stay-in with free board and lodging
6 days work with 1 day rest day
with hazard pay
Contract till June
Brief Job Description:
Process booking and all necessary coordination
NSA/NTC Quarantine facility accommodations
COVID-19 RT-PCR testing for crew upon arrival and before departure
Ensure organized documentation of all activities/requests
Reporting of any incident to Helpdesk Lead
Coordinate with other departments within NTC for concerns/report requests.
Perform any task as needed to ensure smooth operations of the NSA/NTC quarantine facility.
