At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
CPA is a much preferred.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Job Reponsibilities:
Works with business administrator on the development of the annual budget.
Facilitates monthly budget review committe and reports viriances.
Supervices accounting employees and ensures accurate records of all accounts payable and member contribution record.
Facilitates payroll proces and ensures timely, accurate payments to employees.
Submit year end tax documents to employees, contractors and distributes member contribution of statements.
Supervices bookstore manager and ensure positive revenues from bookstore products.
Overseeing daily transactions (e.g. accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations)
