Job Description
Act as the point of contact for clients
Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings
Presenting campaign ideas and costing to clients
Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign
Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospect customers
Assist with after sales queries, investigate customer complaints and ensure that they are dealt with to the customers' satisfaction
Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets
Make a major contribution to the ongoing planning and development of the company's sales and business development strategies
Liaise with current customers in the company's target markets on a regular basis to ensure that they continue to be satisfied with the company's products
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
Proven work experience as hotel account executive
Excellent negotiation, customer service, and consulting skills
Strong market knowledge and experience in working across various functions
Hands on experience with customer service
An ability to gasp client's needs and to increase customer engagement
Must have strong interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling
Experience in wholesale or retail industry would be an advantage
